A Topset first!!!! Ever! In existence! On earth!! I'm super amped for this one and am hoping that it’s our best sandwich bowl ever made just in time to take a week off next week to celebrate our awesomeness. These flats were hand cut by our boys at Pats Meat Market. We are going to braise them low & slow in a rich beef stock, dry rub and fixins. Pair them with all the essentials for a backyard BBQ party in your mouth and then squirt a house horseradish cream sauce atop! We'll slowly fold in some caramelized onion juice, fresh horseradish, mustard grains & stuff into it -- making it the perfect pair to a smokey sweet braised brisket.
